Design & Mold

Our customers can provide us with the 3D mathematical model of the part they want to produce, which is sufficient for us to produce their molds. Our experienced engineers use the Catia Cad-Cam software to develop the 3D model surfaces and create model data. We also produce our own composite molds using the produced models. We use the world's highest quality tooling system materials to be able to produce a high number of parts with repeatable quality. After the molds are produced, we make the mold and first sample measurements with a 3D scanning device and present them to our customers.
