Osmangazi Factory

Alpin Kimya has been serving in Bursa Osmangazi Factory for about 30 years. In this facility, we produce using hand layup, LRTM, and vacuum infusion methods. Production is carried out for sectors such as automotive, rail systems, defense industry, conditioning systems, agriculture, and construction machinery at our Osmangazi Location. The facility is located on an area of 7,500 m², with 6,500 m² of closed and 1,000 m² of open area. There are 2 bonding areas in this location, separately for automotive and railway

Ovaakça Mold Shop

Ovaakça Mold Shop

We produce our own models and molds in our facility located on an area of 2,000 m² in our Ovaakça location. We have been producing our own models and molds since we were founded. We can also produce production apparatus and fixtures, adhesive molds and fixtures, and tempering apparatus in-house. We also safely store our molds that are not currently in production in this facility.

Geçit Pultrusion Plant

Geçit Pultrusion Plant

We produce our parts produced by the pultrusion method in our Geçit Plant. In this plant, located on an area of 1,000 m², we offer solutions to sectors such as automotive, defense industry, and construction.

Teknosab  Factory

Teknosab Factory

Due to the increasing demands of our current and potential customers, we have purchased new land from Teknosab, which is planned to be the most important Industry 4.0 application center in Bursa, and even Turkey. We are going to have new plant 24.000 m2 on an area of 20.000 m2 in Teknosab, which will have a high-tech university, smart buildings and organize trade center. We will have a modern facility in addition to our existing factory in Teknosab, which is located 25 minutes from Bursa. In this facility, we plan to implement many new processes, such as RIM/DCPD and SMC, in addition to our existing production methods in a short time.
