1. Introduction

Alpin Kimya takes the protection of personal data and the privacy of our customers, guests, and visitors very seriously. In this regard, personal data is processed by Alpin Kimya as a ""Data Controller"" under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (""KVKK""), within the scope of the purposes and limitations stated below, and we take care to take the necessary administrative and technical measures. 5. Processing of Special Personal Data

In Article 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, a number of personal data are defined as ""special"" as they may lead to the victimization or discrimination of individuals if processed illegally. These data include: race, ethnicity, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, dress code, association, foundation or trade union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures related data, and biometric and genetic data. Alpin Kimya acts in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data in the processing of special personal data and acts with sensitivity in the protection of these data.

13. Erasure, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data

Your personal data processed for the purposes stated in this notice will be anonymized and continued to be used after the purpose for which it was collected has ceased to exist and the periods specified in Article 7/f.1 of the Personal Data Protection Law, Article 17 of the Law, and Article 138 of the Turkish Penal Code have passed.

Alpin Kimya will anonymize the personal data it processes within the period of 6 months foreseen for periodic destruction, using one or more of the anonymization methods specified in the Guide on the Erasure, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, in a manner that is most appropriate for its business processes and activities.
